A very attractive farmhouse style house in a quiet area of the village. Entrance is through the old kitchen which retains the original fireplace and recessed cupboard. Wooden stairs lead to a light spacious room with beamed ceiling enjoying views to the South and Albania.

The grassy courtyard and vine outside is not included with this property but makes this a secluded spot.

Agent’s comment: This house is situated at the top of the village giving it wonderful views of the surrounding area. In relatively good condition, this traditional stone house of about 100 sqm needs a relatively small amount of work to be habitable. It also as the advantage of a small garden which many houses in this area do not have. A very good buy !

Agent’s comment: The first house as you enter the village, although it needs rebuilding has some interesting origional features still in place. With wonderful views of the sea, it is in a quiet position with good access. The building size of 45sqm could be extended as the plot is all in the town planning zone.

Just below Pantrokator, this small village, although not a tourist resort .has a lot of through traffic in the summer months, and the local tavernas are used all year round by tourists and locals.
